Eligibility
The Fund annually awards one scholarship (currently $200) to a college-bound student from each of the four high schools located within the First Middlesex District as defined in 2010, namely
- Ayer-Shirley Regional High School
- Groton-Dunstable Regional High School
- Nashoba Valley Technical High School
- North Middlesex Regional High School.
Application

Print and complete the application. Provide it to the high school Principal by the deadline given on the application.
Award
The high school Principal and/or his/her designee(s) decide which applicant shall receive the scholarship.
The Fund releases scholarship proceeds after the recipient completes his / her first semester of higher education. The recipient provides evidence of completion, such as a record of grades or a letter from the institution.
Disbursement
The Fund disburses the scholarship proceeds directly to the institution or the institution's book store for benefit of the scholarship recipient.
Deductible Contribution
The Fund is a charitable corporation organized under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). Contributions to the Fund are thus deductible for federal income tax purposes.
